There are many ways we can help
you with your book, music, audio book or DVD purchase.
In store we carry at any one time
about 3000 titles. Stock is arriving almost daily
giving a dynamic selection across the Holistic
(Mind, Body and Soul) topic range.
We are not limited to what is physically
on the shelf. Our database contains over 10,000
active titles with about 200 being added each
month.
Have a look for titles using our
Advanced
Search facility. You can search by Author
name, Title or ISBN.
Sometimes your search will not find
the title you are looking for. There may be many
reasons for us not having it on the website database
so for those occasions we have our Personal
Search facility. You tell us what you are
looking for and we find it. We send you the all
the details by email including how long it will
take us to receive the book instore.
Gift Vouchers are the
perfect idea for those times when you would like
to gift a book but are not sure what to choose.
We create a gift voucher to the value you want
and create a package which includes a copy of
our latest New Release Bulletin and a special
Phoenix Rising Bookmark. Gift Vouchers can be
used for any product in the store, including books,
audio books, music CD's and DVD's.
Services
To support your purchases we offer
a supporting range of services. This is a dynamic
area as we are constantly looking at ways to improve
and enhance how we can support you.
At the present moment we offer the
following services:
Customer
Reward Points - Each
time you make a purchase your dollar total converts
into points at the rate of $1 equal to 1 point.
Each time you reach 250 points (within a rolling
24 month period) we give you a $25 Reward Certificate
which can be used against your next purchase.
Your $25 Certificate is valid for a six month
period.
Conference
and Event Support - We
support your conference and event by creating
a tailored book shop at your venue site. We tailor
the books offered to your clients based on the
theme of your conference and the guest speakers.
Our conference team are highly experienced and
our set-up is professional with electronic credit
and debit facilities, cash registers and display
units.
Author
Events - From
time to time we host author events either at our
Glebe store or a venue close by. The best way
to stay in touch is by subscribing to our FREE
Monthly New Releases Bulletin. As well as
titles we list events as they are planned.
Workshops
- During 2007 we started hosting instore
workshops. At the moment our range is limited
to The Artist's Way Cluster, Meditation and Reiki.

Groups It is our intention to start a series
of reading groups throughout 2008. To register

New Release Bulletin - Each
month I prepare and send an email listing 16 new
titles. The 16 are selected from all the new release
books, music CD's, audio books and DVD's I have
researched. My research base is global and my
choice is based on providing you with the leading
edge thinking and creativity across the holistic

Community -Join us on line and be a part

Mail
Order We are
able to pack your purchase and send anywhere that
Australia Post delivers. If you would like us
to send to a friend, we gift wrap the parcel before
wrapping in a strong outer case. Overnight delivery
within Australia is also available using Australia
Post Express Delivery.
