Oneness Blessing (Tuesday)
Join our Oneness Blessing group. The Oneness
Blessing is a transfer of Divine Energy which, over
time, is designed to bring about the state of Oneness
in you. Deeksha is a key to quietening the mind. It
affects a neuro-biological change within the 16 centres
of the brain responsible for experiences like sensory
perception, emotions of jealousy, hatred,fear,compassion,love,joy,separation,connectedness
and creativity.
Group starts at
7.15pm for 7.30pm and finishes at 9.30pm. $20 each night.

Meditation
Evening with Denise (Wednesday)
In a relaxed and
casual atmosphere you will be guided through a different
meditation each week. You are welcome whether you are
a beginner or advanced in your practice. All chairs,
cushions and blankets are provided.
Costs: $10 a class.
