Customer Reward Points cumulate over a two-year period.
Phoenix Rising Customer Reward Plan Gift Certificates are redeemable only at Phoenix Rising Books and are valid for six months after date of issue.
Phoenix Rising Customer Reward Plan Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash.
This plan applies only to purchase of full price items. Sale goods cannot be credited to your accumulated totals.
Purchases are recorded inclusive of the GST and Phoenix Rising Customer Reward Plan Gift Certificates are issued inclusive of GST.
Goods returned for refund or credit will be deducted from your balance.
